Hi, My name is Amy

And I have been right where you are.

As a busy working mom, I know how difficult it can be to find the time and motivation to workout and eat right.

But I also know that when I prioritize my time to strengthen and nourish my body, it has a positive impact on my daily life. (I get stuff done)

About

My Story/ My Journey

I have been training online for over 2.5 years after coaching in person for a total of 11 years. I have helped transform 100s of clients of all ages.


I studied Kinesiology, Exercises Science and Family consumer science at Lamar University of Beaumont TX which sparked my initial interest in fitness and nutrition coaching. I grew up an athlete and knew I wanted to coach. My interest in fitness was sparked during college while in exercise science courses and my first journey with weight loss and strength training.


After years of weight gain, weight loss, and YoYo ing I decided to take my health into my own hands and began my journey into sustainable weight loss with a lifestyle change.
